Founder and Managing Director of Innovative Future Steps, Mr. Ravinder Virmani is a seasoned education and training compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in the overseas education sector. Since 2004, he has worked extensively across various Australian universities, colleges, and Registered Training Organizations (RTOs), specializing in Vocational Education Training (VET) and Higher Education (HE). His expertise spans administration, client relations, business operations, management, training, and compliance, ensuring the best possible service for our clients.
As a Quality and Compliance Consultant in the international education and training sector, Mr. Virmani has provided consulting services to foreign education providers, consultants, and students. His passion lies in helping education providers maintain high-quality training standards while ensuring their operations remain efficient, effective, and compliant.
